Today, I'm delighted to share with you my passion for eco-responsible cosmetics, by highlighting the brand that has always held a special place in my heart: PATYKA. I chose PATYKA because I'd always seen my mother use this brand, so the smells, gestures, and packaging were familiar to me, which is why I've always used this brand. I really like skincare routines, I start with this every morning and finish with this every evening. That's why I like talking about the cosmetics market, it brings a certain peace of mind.

What is PATYKA?
PATYKA is a French organic cosmetics brand that makes all its products in France and respects the skin. They create formulas that are more effective than conventional cosmetics, using exclusively certified organic assets and manufacturing processes. To prove its effectiveness, PATYKA works with independent laboratories. Delicate and refined, PATYKA was developed in collaboration with the best craftsmen and industrialists in France. They are very transparent with their products, we can easily find product composition on websites. Most products feature formulas rich in organic and natural active ingredients (ceramides, aloe vera, vitamin C, pure and natural hyaluronic acid), guaranteeing a unique sensorial experience while respecting the delicate balance of nature. Transparency and traceability are at the heart of their approach, ensuring superior-quality products.
In a few words, they create cares skin-friendly and environmentally-friendly cosmetics that are both effective and enjoyable.

“We develop uncompromising cosmetics that care for the beauty and health of skin, individuals and the planet. This is what we call the organic science".
- Pierre Juhen - President of Maison PATYKA

Where is PATYKA ?
A true pioneer, PATYKA has a unique position as the first French brand to be certified organic by Ecocert (an independent, world-renowned organization). What sets it apart above all is that it is organic, made in France, with sophisticated yet eco-responsible packaging, reflecting a deep respect for mankind and the environment. Indeed, for over fifteen years, the brand has been using 100% recyclable packaging, made from FSC-certified paper, folded in origami style by hand, without glue and printed with vegetable-based inks.

Compared to other renowned brands such as Nuxe, Avril and Caudalie, PATYKA stands out for its authenticity. It doesn't just follow trends but creates them while remaining true to its core values. Total transparency about the composition of its products and its commitment to sustainable practices place PATYKA at the forefront of the eco-responsible cosmetics world.
In terms of distribution channels, PATYKA has a strong presence in pharmacies. - Out of 22,000 French pharmacies, the brand is aiming for a presence in around 1,000 of them.- This is their first channel distribution. We can also find the brand in malls such as Galleries Lafayette, and online. The fact that the brand is present in drugstores lends a certain credibility to the product, almost a sense of medical trust. Pharmacists are at the heart of the brand's strategy.

Did you know?
The name "PATYKA" comes from the Greek "Apotheke", which means "apothecary", or pharmacist! 😉
Who is PATYKA’s target ?
PATYKA targets both a young clientele, with a range for acne-prone skin, and its core target: older women looking for skin care products to fill in wrinkles. Indeed bestsellers are: pro collagen lift mask and advanced pulping serum.
PATYKA's decision to target an older clientele with anti-aging skincare products is a well-considered one since this is the population with the greatest purchasing power.
The brand is also right on target in terms of the values it promotes, which are perfectly in tune with the times: both ecological and good for the skin.
In terms of the brand's sustainability, this is entirely consistent with its values and the way people think today.

A conscious investment
My choice to include PATYKA in my daily routine stems from a deep conviction that quality and eco-responsibility go hand in hand. While I recognize that PATYKA products are priced at the higher end of the market (between €30 and €110), I see this investment as a significant contribution to truly responsible beauty. For me, it's essential that the products I include in my skincare routine not only meet my dermatological needs but also embody ethical and environmental values.
